Bricks in Baltimore: A Historic Tour and Local Clay Workshop

Trace Baltimore's brick-making legacy with artist Marian April Glebes and colleagues. Go behind-the-scenes at sites rich in historic brick, including the American Brewery building and the Old Baltimore Phoenix Shot Tower. Then learn how to prepare clay and create a customized brick from local clay at Glebes’ mobile brick factory.

The event includes private bus tour, lunch, snacks, and bricks—one to be personalized and one ready to take home. Dress for a mess.
