The conservatory produces a full-length musical during which young actors will learn the process of producing a play, auditioning, character study, scene work, musical production, and voice production and is targeted to serious students of musical theater. This oddball romantic comedy—considered by many to be the perfect musical comedy—soars with the spirit of Broadway as it introduces us to a cast of vivid characters. A fun, musical romp of a “gangster love story” from days gone by.
