Train rides to visit Mount Clare Mansion
WHEN: Saturdays, April 5, 12, & 19 at 1 PM & Sundays, April 6 & 13 at 12:30 PM.
TICKETS: With paid admission, this experience is $5 for adults, $4 for children, and FREE for B&O members.

Train rides with the Easter Bunny
WHEN: Friday, April 18 & Saturday, April 19 at 11 AM, 1 PM, & 2:30 PM
TICKETS: Take a round-trip train ride for a special Bunny treat. With paid admission train rides are $3 for adults, $2 for children, and FREE for B&O members.

Grand Opening of The War Came By Train – The Year of 1864
WHEN: Saturday, April 12
Grand Opening
Doors open at 9 AM for B&O Members & 10am for the General Public. New exhibits displayed in the Alex Brown Gallery portray B&O and the American Civil War in 1864 and will include the Battle of Monocacy, the Johnson-Gilmor Raid, and blockhouses among others. At 12 PM young visitors may don a Civil War military uniform and equipment used by soldiers during war time.

Please note that the B&O in Baltimore is CLOSED the following days: Sunday, April 20, Thursday, April 24 & Monday, April 28.

Lew WallaceGrand Opening of The War Came By Train—The Year of 1864
WHEN: Saturday, April 12
Wednesday - Sunday 11 AM – 4 PM

The focus of Ellicott City Station's 2014 exhibit highlights the role of the B&O and Ellicott's Mills during the Battle of Monocacy, the battle that saved Washington. Learn how the town was inundated by retreating forces and the ensuing chaos created during the retreat from the Monocacy battlefield near Frederick, Maryland in July of 1864.

Please note that Ellicott City Station is CLOSED Easter Sunday, April 20.

African American History LectureFamily Tour & Colonial Lawn Games
WHEN: Saturday, April 5 & 19 at 1 PM;
Sunday, April 6 at 1 PM
Every first and third weekend join us for a family tour of Mount Clare Museum House and learn to play 18th century games on the lawn - all included with paid admission.
