The Concert will only be cancelled if rain, or threat of rain is heavy enough to pose an imminent or immediate health threat either to the audience or the performers. In other words, we’ll get wet if we have to—but we aren’t going to find out if the stage is a lightning rod.

BCO opens its fifth season with Donizetti's comic tale of the dangers of placing your trust in magic potions to win love. BCO favorites William Davenport and Sharin Apostolou return to dazzle audiences as young peasant Nemorino and the object of his affection, the fickle Adina. Hilarity ensues as Adina is pursued by another suitor, and Nemorino seeks the help of the untrustworthy Dr. Dulcamara to get his way through whatever means necessary.
