“One comes away from a recital by pianist Brian Ganz exhilarated by the power of the performance and moved by his search for artistic truth.” (The Washington Post)

Ganz, a laureate of the Queen Elisabeth of Belgium and the Marguerite Long–Jacques Thibaud International Piano Competitions, has performed as soloist with the St. Petersburg Philharmonic and L Orchestre Lamoureux (Paris).

Ganz will play an all-Chopin recital on First & Franklin’s world- class 1910 Steinway B piano, including Trois Ecossaises, Op. 72, No 3; Fantaisie, Op. 49; Excerpts from Preludes, Op. 28; and Andante Spianato et Grande Polonaise Brillante, Op. 22.

In 2011, Ganz began a multi-year project with the National Philharmonic to perform the complete works of Chopin at the Music Center at Strathmore.
