CPC's 36th Season begins with the elemental force that is Carl Orff’s 1936 choral masterpiece, Carmina Burana.

The primitive rhythms and raw emotions expressed in the work will be brought to life by the full chorus, soprano Laura Whittenberger, baritone Chad Sloan, counter-tenor David Dickey, The Women of the River Hill High School Choirs, Alison Gatwood and Erik Apland, pianos and five percussionists.

Prepare to have your world rocked!

Made possible by the generous support of Howard County General Hospital, this concert introduces David Dickey and Chad Sloan and brings back Laura Whittenberger from her CPC debut last season in Haydn's Little Organ Mass. The Women of the River Hill High School Choirs are also making their first appearance with the Chorus.
