PLAY TAKEN FROM PROP 8 TRIAL TRANSCRIPTS: ONE NIGHT ONLY

8 LOGO

Iron Crow Theatre Company, Baltimore’s LGBT/Queer theatre, is proud to partner with Broadway Impact, American Foundation for Equal Rights and Baltimore Theatre Project to present Dustin Lance Black’s new play: 8.

This provocative new work by the openly gay, Oscar-winning author of Milk, tells the story of the California legal battle to have Proposition 8 struck down as unconstitutional. Taken directly from transcripts of the trial, you won’t believe the twists and turns that really took place in the courtroom.

Broadway Impact is presenting readings of 8 across the country to raise awareness of, support for and funds for local legislative battles for marriage equality.

So join Iron Crow for 8 and help support marriage equality in Maryland!

All proceeds will go to the American Federation for Equal Rights.

Prices include all credit card fees. Tickets are non-refundable.
