Celebrate World Refugee Day! True stories of Iraqi refugees in Arabic and English by professional actors from NY, donating tonight`s performance.

"A superbly staged and beautifully acted testimonial to the innocent victims of an ugly war" (Variety), AFTERMATH tells the experience of the over 4 million Iraqi people displaced worldwide following the US invasion—in their own words.

Jessica Blank and Erik Jensen, award-winning writers/directors of THE EXONERATED, created this staged reading from direct interviews in Jordan in 2008.

Local Palestinian singer & oud player Huda Asfour opens the night.

Q&A follows with actors and Baltimore Iraqi refugees.

Presented in association with Amnesty International. Produced in association with ArKtype / Thomas O. Kriegsmann.
